ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES
The returned merchandise must be accompanied by
proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging;
otherwise, the return will not be honored. We strongly advise customers to record video while opening of package of valuable items.
You must obtain a Return for Inspection (RFI)
number from
info@ganpatiglobal.com.
before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned
merchandise without an RFI number. Contact a Customer
Service Specialist at

to obtain an RFI number.
All merchandise is visually inspected upon
receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds,
exchanges or credits. "New and unused condition" means that
there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes; the security tags
are still attached; and the item must not have been sized or
altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with
any indication that it has been used. Items damaged due to
client negligence cannot be returned

Repack the merchandise in its
original packaging materials, including all paperwork. .

Express or ups as the case may be, to the address . We are not responsible for items lost or
damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any
other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.Ship
